GRILLED CURRY TURKEY LEGS

Directions:


  • Coat turkey legs with yellow curry paste, cloves, coriander, sea salt, basil, red pepper flakes and chili powder.

  • Let soak in paste for 24 hours.

  • Grill until done spraying olive oil, apple cider mix while cooking. 

  • Take off grill let rest in oven on 250 for 15 min.
